Customers increasingly ask ChatGPT and Google's AI answers where to go before they open a website. We built one measurable system for two local businesses — GD Lounge Miami (nightlife, Downtown Miami) and Royal Appliance Services (appliance repair, Orange County): local SEO, answer-ready content, AI visibility tracking and CRM source attribution.

What We Did

1. Local SEO — technical SEO, local and service pages built around real customer searches.
2. Answer-ready content — blog articles answering real customer questions, the format both Google and AI assistants pick up.
3. AI visibility tracking — repeatable prompts in ChatGPT and Ahrefs Brand Radar to see whether AI recommends the business without being asked by name.
4. CRM attribution — UTM and source data on every lead, so a ChatGPT or Google Maps visit can be traced to a real contact.

GD Lounge Miami

AI visibility. In a fresh ChatGPT search, GD Lounge was the first recommendation for "What are the best luxury lounges in Downtown Miami?" and the top pick for a "luxury karaoke night" in the karaoke venues answer. These are just two examples — customers ask AI hundreds of variations of the same question, and we track them daily.

Leads. The CRM shows 6 leads with ChatGPT as the source and 9 from Google Maps in the filtered view — proof that AI visibility turns into real inquiries.

Content. New articles earned search impressions from zero in 3 months: how to book karaoke rooms in Miami (997), lounge table reservation (93), private events (59), premium cocktails (58), afterparty & bottle service (31).

Royal Appliance Services

AI visibility. Example ChatGPT searches where Royal is recommended: best appliance repair companies in Orange County, best appliance repair services, best same-day appliance repair, and best appliance repair near Orange County. Royal appears in the map cards and in the answer text. These are just a few examples — customers ask hundreds of variations, and we track them daily. Ahrefs also shows citations in Google AI Mode and Perplexity.
