NFC Review Cards

NFC Review Cards & Google Reputation Management

One phone tap opens your Google review page — no QR codes, no searching, no “I'll do it later”. Then we run the whole reputation loop: answering every review, disputing the unfair ones, and keeping fresh 5-star feedback on top.

  • Tap-to-review NFC cards for tables, counters, and staff
  • Every review answered; policy-violating negatives disputed
  • Daily monitoring so no review sits without a reply
Process

How Tap-to-Review Works

Simple process. Fast results. Built around your business.

Tap

Staff hand the guest an NFC card at the high point of the visit — the dessert, the check, the finished job. The guest touches it with their phone.

The review form opens

The phone jumps straight to the Google review form for your exact location. No app, no search results, no wrong-branch mistakes.

Review posted in ~30 seconds

The guest rates and publishes on the spot, while the impression is fresh. The “I'll do it at home” review that never happens — happens now.

Deliverables

What the Reputation Loop Includes

Collecting reviews is half the job. We close the whole loop — collection, response, disputes, and monitoring.

NFC Review Cards

Branded cards programmed to your Google Business Profile review link. We supply the cards, program them, and script when and how staff hand them over.

Responses to Every Review

Personal replies to positive and negative reviews in your business's voice — within a day, not a month. Google shows reply rate, and customers read it.

Disputing Unfair Reviews

Reviews that break Google's policies — fake, off-topic, from competitors — are flagged and disputed through the proper channels, with follow-up until Google rules.

Burying Old Negatives

A steady flow of fresh 5-star reviews pushes stale negatives out of the first screen, so the reviews a new customer sees first are the recent, good ones.

Monitoring & Alerts

New reviews are tracked daily across your locations. A negative review triggers an alert the same day, so it is answered before it shapes anyone's first impression.

Local Search Lift

Review count, velocity, and recency are core local-ranking signals. More fresh reviews means a stronger position in Google Maps and “near me” searches.

Tap Beer Miami: 600+ Google reviews in 60 days

A European beer garden in North Miami Beach collected ~300 reviews in 3 years. We rolled out NFC review cards — one phone tap opens the Google review page — and took over the full reputation loop: responding to every review, disputing policy-violating negatives, and burying the rest under a steady stream of fresh 5-star feedback. In 2 months the overall Google rating climbed from 4.1 to 4.5.

Before and After

From 8 Reviews a Month to 300

Before the rollout Tap Beer Miami averaged about 8 new Google reviews a month — roughly 300 over three years. The first month with NFC cards brought ~290, the second ~310. Review velocity went up 35×, and it did not come from a campaign or an incentive: the same happy guests, finally given a way to review that takes 30 seconds instead of a search.

The same mechanic works anywhere a customer is happy in person: restaurants and bars, salons, clinics, auto shops, home-service crews at the door. The card goes wherever the good moment is.

Got Questions?

NFC Review Cards FAQ

Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. What it prohibits is offering incentives, filtering who gets asked based on their opinion, or posting reviews on someone's behalf — and we do none of that. The card only removes the friction of finding the form; the guest writes and posts the review themselves.
Typically one per staff member who closes a visit plus a few for the counter or tables — 10 to 30 for a single location. The cards are reusable and programmed to your location, so you do not run out. Multi-location businesses get a set per location with its own review link.
Reviews start the first day the cards are in use; Tap Beer Miami collected ~290 in the first month. Rating movement depends on how many reviews you already have — a profile with 300 reviews moves faster than one with 3,000 — but a visible lift within the first two months is typical.
Three things. Every negative gets a calm, personal reply the same day. Reviews that violate Google's policies are flagged and disputed with follow-up until Google rules. And a steady flow of fresh positive reviews pushes old negatives out of the first screen that new customers see.
For responses and disputes, yes — you add us as a manager on the profile, which you can revoke at any time. Ownership stays with you. For the cards alone, only your public review link is needed.
Anywhere a customer is happy in person: salons and med spas, dental and medical clinics, auto repair, fitness, home-service crews at the customer's door. The card goes wherever the good moment happens.
